Pursuant to a restructuring exercise, the position of Director: Art Collections was abolished.

Pursuant to a restructuring exercise, the position of Director: Art Collections was abolished.

An alternative position was offered to the Director, Mr Riason Naidoo, which he declined.

The parties have reached a settlement, the terms of which are confidential, between them.
