Karoo Disclosure is a collaborative art installation that investigates the highly contentious issue of fracking.

The installation will include all of the many elements that made up the official Karoo Indy Film Festival selection - including costumes, jewellery, sound and photography - as well as the film itself.

As such, Karoo Disclosure explores notions of heritage, culture, ownership, and legitimacy in the context of external economic and political drivers that threaten to change the landscape and the lives of communities in unforeseen ways.

The work has been funded by the National Arts Council and the Nedbank Arts and Culture Trust and runs until November 15, 2015.
